Meet Rhi

Though she has over 15 years of experience in business administration, finance, and marketing, ROOTED founder, Rhi Bailey prefers to be known as a connector and community creator! She believes in heart-led businesses, investing in community and could spend hours in a small town with lots of little boutiques and eateries or a good farmers market!

This is our busy bee behind the scenes! From photography, web development & design, social media marketing, and graphic design, Amanda truly knows how to make a brand shine. She is the creative visionary behind ROOTED and firmly believes that passion fuels purpose and we are stronger together.

Meet Anna

Anna is our Rooted For Women DC community leader! She has 3 years of experience in event planning, event management, and vendor coordination. Most of her career was in first grade teaching, so a fast-paced, fun environment is where she thrives. Anna really, really loves making connections, networking, and cultivating community with other women in business. She genuinely believes in empowering women in business, and loves her old man dog, Cooper, the gym, and her morning routine!
